Thermal Washer

Thermal Washer is manufactured from UV-stabilized polycarbonate of "Sabic Innovative Plastics B.V." company (the Netherlands), which positively affects stability and life time of the product.

Two colours are available, transparent and bronze, which serve 95% of market requests.

Диаметр термошайбы – 52 мм, что позволяет распределить нагрузку на 4 ребра жесткости листового поликарбоната, а не на два, как у термошайб с меньшим диаметром. За счет этого плавно распределяется нагрузка и усилие прижима в месте крепления, что увеличивает срок службы конструкции.

Height of the stem — 4, 6, 8, 10 and 16 mm which allows to fasten the whole range of polycarbonate sheets.

Packing ring is manufactured from high-quality polyethylene foam which prevents moisture getting inside the sheet and increases life time of the thermal washer and the polycarbonate sheet.

Life time of the Thermal Washer — over 10 years.
