Caps for water bottles

Caps for securely closing polycarbonate bottles, available with custom colours and labels.

The caps are intended for closing polycarbonate water bottles. They are made from polyethylene, while the sealing washers are made from polyethylene foam. A label can carry the customer’s logo.

A welded label protects the bottle against unauthorized access: once removed, it cannot be replaced. The standard cap colour is blue; other colours are available by agreement with the customer.

Production

The caps are assembled on a specialized line. The entire production cycle takes place in an isolated room supplied with dust-filtered air and with restricted personnel access.

The caps comply with TU U 25.2-14369588-003:2009.
